What to Expect From Your First Tarot Reading in Prague

By Rezi · June 2026 · 4 min read · Tarot reading Prague in English

Most people arrive at their first reading with two feelings at once: curiosity and a little bit of nerves. Both are welcome. A good reading isn't a test, and it isn't a performance — it's a conversation between you, the cards, and whatever the divine wants you to hear that day.

i.Before we begin

You don't need to prepare a perfect question. Come with a theme — love, work, a decision, a feeling you can't name — or come with nothing at all. The cards have a way of going straight to what matters. I always start by grounding the space: a candle, a breath, a moment of stillness. In Prague we might sit in a boutique spa, a quiet café corner, or your hotel lounge; online, all you need is a calm spot and a cup of something warm.

ii.During the reading

I shuffle, you cut — and then we listen. I read intuitively: the cards give me the structure, and the channeled information fills it with detail. Expect me to be honest. I won't dramatise, and I won't sugar-coat. Accuracy is the whole point, and it's what my clients come back for.

“The cards never shame you. They show you where the light wants in.”

iii.After

Take a photo of your spread. Sleep on it. The best readings keep unfolding for days — a sentence suddenly clicks, a card you didn't understand starts making sense. And if something needs a deeper look, a follow-up session or a ritual can carry the work further.

A Venusian Rose Ritual for Self-Love

By Rezi · June 2026 · 3 min read

Friday belongs to Venus — the planet of beauty, pleasure and love in all its forms. This is the ritual I return to whenever I need to remember that self-love isn't a luxury; it's maintenance for the soul.

i.You will need

One rose (any colour that calls to you), a candle, a small bowl of water, and one tarot card pulled with the question: “How can I love myself better this week?” That's all. Venus prefers simple and sincere over elaborate and empty.

ii.The ritual

Light the candle. Float a few rose petals in the water. Pull your card and sit with it — not analysing, just noticing what it stirs. Then touch the water and name, out loud, three things you did well this week. Not big things. True things.

“Venus doesn't ask you to be perfect. She asks you to be present in your own beauty.”

iii.Closing

Let the candle burn a while longer as you moisturise your hands or face — turning an ordinary beauty routine into the final gesture of the ritual. Pour the water to a plant in the morning. Repeat next Friday. Watch what softens.

Want a rose ritual designed just for you — or for your circle of friends? That's one of my favourite things to create. See my offerings.

5 Herbs Every Modern Mystic Should Keep at Home

By Rezi · May 2026 · 5 min read

My grandmother's generation kept herbs for the kitchen. I keep them for the kitchen, the bath, the altar and the tarot table. These five are where I'd tell any modern mystic to start.

1.Lavender — for calm

The great soother. A few stems by the bed, a drop of oil on your wrists before a reading, or a warm cup before sleep. Lavender clears the noise so intuition can speak.

2.Rose — for the heart

Venus's own flower. Rose water as a face mist doubles as an aura mist; dried petals belong in baths, teas and love rituals. If you only keep one botanical ally, make it this one.

3.Rosemary — for protection & memory

The Slavic classic. Burn a sprig to cleanse a room after heavy conversations, or tuck one in your bag before a difficult meeting. Strong, loyal, no-nonsense — the bodyguard of herbs.

4.Chamomile — for softness

Sunshine in a cup. Chamomile settles the body before ritual work and makes an honest, humble tea for moments when you need mothering and no one's around to do it.

5.Mugwort — for dreams

The witch's herb. A small sachet under the pillow is said to deepen dreams — I pair it with a dream journal and a moonstone. Use respectfully and in moderation; mugwort is potent and isn't suitable during pregnancy.

“Herbs are the slowest oracle — they answer over weeks, not minutes. But they always answer.”

In my sessions I often weave botanical recommendations into your reading — a blend, a bath, a flower to keep close. Explore herbs & flowers sessions.
